We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Procurement Specialist to join our client's team. In this leadership role, you will drive commercial success and foster a collaborative team culture.

* Develop and articulate category strategies that unlock further value.
* Advance best practices in market intelligence and opportunity anticipation.
* Cultivate close relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
* Support business strategies.
What You Will Bring:
* Proven leadership experience in procurement with a track record of commercial success.
* Ability to lead and foster a productive team environment.
* Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
* Experience in managing large-scale strategies and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Excellent relationship-building skills.
* Experience with contracts and procurement for major projects and/or operations in relation to rail project and maintenance, well regarded.
* Degree in relevant field such as Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Commerce, Finance or Law.
