Selection Criteria Approval to teach Design and Technology (DAT). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to build strong working relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider school community. Demonstrated capacity to work as a collaborative member of the TAS Key Learning Area (KLA) and contribute towards the development of KLA programs and resources. Demonstrated ability to cater for a diverse range of students through differentiated, innovative and effective teaching practices that challenge and engage them as a path to improved educational outcomes.
