You will initially lead the transition of debt management for Contract Cleaning and Community Services sectors from another area to our team. Your responsibilities will include engaging key stakeholders and creating vital documentation, such as the debt management strategy, policies, procedures, and work instructions, all designed to ensure the team's success. Reporting to the Manager Scheme Sustainability, you'll lead finance transactional activities, supervising a small team. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, debt, and instalment functions, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement. Your role involves executive and board reporting, policy review, and ensuring legal compliance.
