About Your New Job
You will play a pivotal role in the operations as a Credit Officer. Your duties will include:
* Performing basic Credit Control responsibilities for Australia and New Zealand
* Maintaining the motor vehicle register, leases, and purchases, along with managing fuel cards, tolls, and fines
* Handling banking processes, credit collections, and accounting duties
* Providing administrative duties to the credit/collections team
* Attending and participating in the monthly AR meetings with the credit and branch managers
* Addressing month-end and yearly auditor queries
* Conducting internal reporting
About You
We are looking for someone with:
* Experience using SAGE, Evolution, and/or Excel (V-lookup)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities
* Experience in motor vehicle fleet management, credit control, and accounting functions
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset
* Proficiency in relevant software and systems
