The Role:
Servicing loyal clients on the GOLD COAST. This is a flexible role that will see you out on the road & work autonomously.
Responsible for servicing clients & nurturing relationships Assisting clients to get the most out of the system with online and onsite training Up selling products Training clients in the effective use of software Attend sales meetings as requested Achieving & surpassing the minimum monthly sales targets Attend conferences, awards nights, networking functions, etc. as required Create & conduct effective proposal presentations WARM CALLS as required to Real Estate offices Ongoing client management Administration The Benefits:

FULLY PAID FOR COMPANY CAR Great support & training available Office based in Alexandria, with a portfolio around Southern Sydney UP TO $80,000 base salary COMMISSIONS $7-15k PER ANNUM (Paid Monthly) OTE OF $100K FOR YOUR FIRST YEAR The Candidate: Real Estate experience is essential Experience in Property Management/New Business or Residential Sales A Valid Driver's Licence People skills and ability to build relationships Immaculate corporate presentation A desire to take control of your department and think outside the box To Apply:
