The purpose of this role is to manage and report on the Separation People Perimeter as it evolves from Day 0 to Completion.
About the role
As a Data Analyst within People and Culture at Perpetual you will:
4. Define the process for managing changes to the people perimeter:
Processes, systems, reporting, forums, governance, cadence
Manage rules of engagement with the Buyer as defined by the Separation office
Ensure all data requirements outlined in separation documents are met with processes and reporting requirements documented
5. Maintain the People Perimeter dataset
Regularly validate and cleanse employee census data
Track changes to roles and impacts within People Perimeter
Track changes to the People perimeter cost profile
Track vacancies and attrition
6. Update and maintain Day 1 org charts
7. Respond to ad-hoc Day 1 perimeter requests
8. Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of data, eliminating duplicates and inconsistencies
9. Leverage your proficiency in Excel to organize and analyse large datasets related to employee data
10. Use advanced Excel functions to manipulate and visualize data, create reports, and identify patterns or anomalies
11. Develop data mapping strategies to ensure data compatibility and integrity
12. Collaborate with Separation office streams (including Finance) to validate data sets and ensure inconsistencies are managed/addressed
About you
13. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Systems
14. 5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
15. Prior experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and managing people data is preferred
16. Excel (advanced)
17. Proven experience in project management is essential
18. Be adept at handling and managing large, dynamic data sets
19. Proficiency in data reporting and communication is a must
20. The ability to identify and highlight trends and insights from evolving data sets is crucial.
