MCC is a publicly funded rural hospital and community service. Lead a physiotherapy team that services subacute inpatients (rehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation and palliative care), inpatient acute, adult community/musculoskeletal outpatients, paediatric outpatients, plastering, women's health, cardiac and pulmonary rehab and Transitional Aged Care Program. Build generalist and specialist skills. Professional development and supervision supported, encouraged to build specialist skills (e.g. hands, pediatrics, women's health, rehabilitation).Subsidised accommodation available and relocation subsidy may apply. Opportunity to act into Allied Health Team Leader role.As clinical senior Physio you will provide quality client-focused care to patients, their family and carers.Lead a Physio and Allied Health Assistant team caring for acute inpatients, inpatient rehabilitation/GEM, pediatric outpatients, community, musculoskeletal and TACP caseloads.Be part of a large and vibrant multi-disciplinary team.Provide supervision to junior staff, AHAs and students; lead physio education provision; ensure quality improvement is implemented; work with AH Team Leader to ensure targets and KPI's are met; ensure the Physio team is providing a safe, efficient and evidence based service.What you'll bringYou're resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
