Travel Marketing Manager
Travel Associates is a luxury travel agency brand, preparing for an exciting period of brand, digital and business growth.
This rare role will work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing to execute the Travel Associates brand and digital marketing strategies, driving qualified new clients and building the brand's fame across the Australian and New Zealand markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Marketing to execute the Travel Associates brand and digital marketing strategies
- Support media agency and media owner relationships to drive best performance and return on advertising spend - digital and traditional channels
- Execute digital and traditional media planning and buying according to marketing budget, KPIs and priorities as briefed by the Head of Marketing
- Manage the execution of brand marketing campaigns and requirements with the creative team and supporting production agencies as briefed by the Head of Marketing
- Support the execution of brand partnerships and special brand/media events in collaboration with agency partners as briefed by the Head of Marketing
- Identify and manage requests for data and insights from internal teams to be used for marketing initiatives - digital and traditional marketing
- Support the marketing team in managing our Google My Business and TrustPilot review platforms
- Organize the execution of all marketing requirements for the new TA Website project (being delivered in phases throughout 2025) - under the guidance of the Head of Marketing
- Use Google Analytics to review marketing campaign and content performance in digital channels and driving insights and improvements across the marketing team
- Drive marketing campaign and performance tracking and reporting best practice across entire marketing team
- Support advisor network engagement and communication of marketing strategies
Requirements:
- 3 years+ marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing execution, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in execution
- Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed for events and activations
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and achieve objectives
