About the role: This position offers a rural incentive and involves collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to deliver care in diverse settings. You will play a crucial role in connecting with women referred to our service, offering assistance with harm minimisation, collaborative care, and supporting detox administration, antenatal clinic visits, and community outreach, including home visits. Clinical reviews are conducted through telehealth with the guidance and support of our highly experienced CMC2. You are: Experienced with in drug and alcohol care. Compassionate team player with strong communication and negotiation skills. Integral member of a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in child protection legislation and working with DCJ, including mandatory reporting duties.
