Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Activity
Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing activity (e.g., advertising, digital, in-store activations, etc.).
Work alongside BMs and creative, media, and external agencies to brief and deliver timely and high-quality campaigns and content for instore and digital environments.
Support development of new product launch activities.
Own the social media presence of your brands. Work closely with social agency to optimise brand communications, content calendar, and community management.
Brand Planning
Assist the annual brand planning process, to develop and execute short- and long-term brand strategies that align with overall company objectives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or potential risks.
Market Analysis
Gather and analyse sales data, consumer feedback, and market research to measure brand performance.
Prepare regular reports on brand performance, campaign metrics, and market trends.
* Provide recommendations to brand managers to optimise brand activities, maximizing brand visibility and market share.
Budget & Financial Management
Assist in creating and tracking brand budgets ensuring cost effectiveness.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and budget optimization initiatives.
Cross Functional Engagement
Liaise with sales and other internal teams to maximise impact and execution of brand plan activity.
Create sales tools and decks to drive internal and external buy-in to brand-led activity.
* Take on mentorship tasks or delegation from the Brand Manager, when appropriate, to build leadership skills.
Brand Consistency & Governance
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand identity rollout across all channels.
Maintain internal and external portals to ensure availability of up-to-date materials and imagery.
Support training and guidance to internal stakeholders to maintain brand standards in all communications.
Desired Skills and Experience
Qualifications/Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role (FMCG or retail industry preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with market research tools and digital marketing analytics platforms.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
* Strong ability to interpret market data, derive insights, and recommend solutions.
Project Management:
* Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Creative Mindset:
Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing approaches to differentiate the brand in a competitive market.
