Job Description
With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail-oriented role, making holiday memories to ensure our guests have all the creature comforts and feel at home.
What you’ll do:
* Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards.
* Organise, supervise, train and recruit staff (when required).
* Plan daily room requirements, servicing, and pre-arrival checks.
* Observe the park cleanliness and facilities.
* Maintain good communication with other departments and your housekeeping team.
* Maintain adequate stock levels and ordering in collaboration with the Park Manager.
* Be receptive and proactive in solutions to guest feedback.
What you’ll bring:
* Experience as a Housekeeper in a busy hospitality environment is preferred; however, candidates with the right skills and attitude will also be considered.
* Passionate and team-oriented with a 'lead from the front' mentality.
* A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude.
* Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
* Demonstrated flexibility and reliability as the role will involve working across a 7-day rotating roster that includes weekends.
