Seeking a Centre Manager that enjoys being hands-on and can utilise their experience for a portfolio of 4 shopping centres in the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the owner, you will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of this shopping centre including but not limited to:
* Weekly and monthly reporting
* Rent reviews and renewals
* Preparing and analysing quarterly budget reviews
* Managing policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirements to ensure the asset strategy aligns with the owners vision for success
Skills and experience:
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Centre Manager position is ideal
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of financial acumen
* Ability to manage all stakeholders’ expectations, both internal and external
