Role Summary
Reporting to the Regional Operations Control Centre Manager, this permanent role is responsible for long-term planning of flight schedules, multi customer engagement, monthly reporting and system administration.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Communicate with Operation teams and department consultants to ensure accurate planning and time efficiencies
2. Engage with each HSA Helicopter scheduling representative on rostering of long term flight scheduling.
3. Engaging with Maintenance Planning on flight and maintenance schedules.
4. Working closely with the contract team to manage the client and CHC expectation on contract deliverables.
5. Be fully conversant with the FRMS and associated Work Practices/EBA currently in use.
6. Conduct training on Flight Management and Passenger Tracking System for new personnel.
7. Provide system administrator support within the region.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
8. Experience in a similar role and/or in a Scheduling or Dispatcher position within Aviation is ideal
9. Good understanding of Flight Management and Passenger Tracking systems, such as VPOB and AIMS is preferred
10. Proven analytical and quantitative modelling skills
11. Experienced in maintaining accurate, timely and comprehensive reports
12. Strong computer skills particularly with MS office packages, particularly Intermediate Excel skills is required
13. Demonstrable project management & organisational skills
14. Strong problem solving and solution-oriented skills
15. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
16. Ability to engage and develop strong relationships
17. Flexible and adaptable approach to meet company demands
