About the role: The Change Manager is part of the Data and Enterprise Tech team within AGL Technology. There are multiple initiatives that require change management expertise as the business transforms into a Data and AI driven business. An integrated Change Management approach and application inclusive of the following pillars are essential: Change leadership and vision Communications and engagement Impact assessment, change readiness, embedding and measurement Workforce transition and development (training and performance support) Employee communications, marketing and other activity required to enable employee awareness and adoption of new, Advanced Analytics Insights, Data and AI governance policies Alignment to culture and ways of working. Key challenges are comprehension and effective communication of your work to multiple stakeholders, while maintaining performance on a mix of ad-hoc and ongoing responsibilities. Some of the things you’ll do are: Executive sponsorship Create and rollout sponsor roadmap and messaging for significant initiatives and use-cases Contribute to enterprise-wide sponsor roadmap, messages and activities with a focus on delivered value and/or significant progress Drive AI use-case and initiative adoption Work autonomously with teams and technical specialists to agree pragmatic change plans for AI initiatives across the business Conduct impact assessments and document changes, risks and mitigants Agree clear success metrics and benefits with business champions and data & AI teams to support the principle technologist to monitor value Data and AI Awareness and Education Contribute to communications plan through delivery of excellent artefacts such as articles, videos, presentations and infographics Experimentation Support validation, execution and reinforcement of the new Operating Model Facilitate and support Translators to facilitate ideation sessions Proficiency uplift Support rollout and adoption of the Data & AI program by acting as champion Contribute to workshops and research on career and development path mapping Data & AI Governance and Enterprise Data Platform Drive adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform, common data language and other platform tools Support rollout of Data and AI governance framework and data stewardship program Identify learning needs of use-case teams and end users in Dat and AI governance and literacy We’re looking for people who have: Tertiary qualification in any of the following disciplines: communications, business, mathematics, computer science, engineering or technology Certifications in technologies such as AI, Cloud, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics (preferred but not required) Significant experience in managing change for complex technology and/or data projects and partnering with highly skilled technologists to deliver in a deadline driven environment Experience in delivering technology, people and process change to a demographically and geographically disparate workforce Demonstrated ability to execute on and demonstrate organisational value of key initiatives once implemented Articulate effectively at senior levels within large organisations and deliver outstanding communications Inclusion at AGL At AGL, we value diversity and welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples, individuals with disabilities, culturally diverse individuals, and members of the LGBTQ community.
