Since 2009 our mission has been to create amazing digital experiences that revolutionize our clients' businesses and enhance their customers' lives with everything we create.This role is focused on creating amazing marketing experiences that build a robust pipeline of leads to drive the growth of our business. We are currently working in a hybrid (office / remote) capacity and as such we are looking to hire people in Sydney / Melbourne.In this newly created role, you will work 2 days p/week creating a range of innovative marketing activities, including:Build and manage a centralised contact database that can be leveraged for client/contact outreach programs.Manage/enhance a thought leadership program, working with our technical leads to create engaging, tight articles that align with our emerging products and solutions.Design and promote webinars that feature our tech leadership talking about emerging areas of need for our clients.Design and implement a series of client roundtables, which are engaging sessions for small groups of senior executive leaders.Create and manage a lead development process, working with Salesforce, that supports the needs of our client account management team.Salesforce-training will be provided as needed.Prepare standard decks and materials that support the introduction of new products and solutions into the market.To be successful in this role, you will have:5+ years of marketing/sales support experience, preferably within a B2B environment.Preferable familiarity with data/digital technologies, but don't need to be deeply technical.A track record of driving business impact, which requires a follow-through/execution focus.Clear and consistent attention to detail, given that many of these activities are focused on engaging executive-level clients.Strong communication and interpersonal skills including previous experience successfully navigating situations with complex stakeholders.Join Trideca: Where Innovation Meets InclusivityAt Trideca, we're not just building cutting-edge solutions, we're cultivating a workplace that champions diversity, inclusivity, and continuous growth.
