ABOUT THE ROLE
We have several opportunities based out of our Canberra office for passionate Senior SOE/MOE Consultants experts to join our team of specialists. This role focuses on end-user computing for our Federal and State Government clients. If you're eager to make a real difference, we want to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Prepare designs for new or existing SOEs.
2. Analyze, test, and remediate applications.
3. Build, configure, and implement Microsoft-based solutions.
4. Prepare and deliver As-Built, As-Configured, and Standard Operating Procedures, and conduct Skills Transfer with clients.
5. Collaborate closely with the organization's team members to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
6. Prepare security-related documentation under the organization's practice.
7. Leverage the organization's vendor relationships to assist with design, configuration, and remediation activities based on best practices.
8. Drive continuous improvement and iteration of technical processes, tools, and reporting.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for relevant technologies.
10. Assist with managing client expectations alongside the organization's Management team.
11. Participate in the creation of new products and solutions as part of a cross-functional team.
12. Assist in preparing Statements of Work, user guides, release notes, and other documentation.
13. Requirements and Experience
KEY SKILLS:
14. SOE/MOE/Intune and Application deployment experience with enterprise deployment tools.
15. SOE/MOE/Intune lifecycle management.
16. Task sequence development and troubleshooting.
17. Windows Desktop and/or Server management.
18. Advanced scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Visual Basic).
19. Group Policy administration.
20. Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS management.
21. User profile management.
22. Security hardening, particularly application control.
23. System Center Configuration Manager (including co-management with Intune/Endpoint Manager).
24. MSI, MSIX, and App-V packaging experience across desktop and/or server environments.
25. An NV1 security clearance is required.
DESIRED SKILLS:
26. Citrix platform administration, including Citrix Cloud, Storefront, Netscaler, and master image provisioning/maintenance.
27. Understanding of networking concepts, especially firewall and proxy rules.
28. Scripting knowledge in YAML and JSON.
29. Understanding of DevOps/Infrastructure as Code Practices.
30. Enterprise PKI/certificate services.
31. Apple Business Manager.
32. Exchange (on-premises, Hybrid, or Online).
