Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilties:
1. Ability to proficiently complete all functions associated with referral management, appointment scheduling, ongoing waitlist management; by assisting this service through high level administration support through well maintained hospital information systems.
2. Provide administrative support including reception duties, word processing, data entry, report preparation, correspondence management.
3. Screen calls and re-direct where appropriate, answer routine queries and prioritise calls.
4. Assist with the organisation and co-ordination of group outpatient appointments associated to clinical multidisciplinary education sessions for customers.
Remuneration value up to $66 367 p.a., comprising salary rates $37.68 - $41.90 p.h. p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (part time position, 53.2 hrs p.f.).
