At the heart of our business and trusted equipment lies a team of talented and dedicated people committed to providing industry-leading machinery and solutions.Position Overview:Due to growth, we have an opening for an Apprentice Program Coordinator that can be based either at our Parramatta, Brisbane or Perth office. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, in this role you will be actively involved from the point of recruitment through to completion. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders and our apprentices to ensure that our apprentices are receiving the necessary training and support to become skilled tradespeople.Responsibilities:Coordinate the training and development of our apprenticesWork closely with our internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure that our apprentices are meeting their needsMonitor the progress of our apprentices and provide regular feedback and supportCoordinate and schedule training sessions for our apprenticesEnsure that our business and individual branches are meeting all necessary compliance requirementsMaintain accurate records of apprenticeship progress and completionProvide regular updates to our management team on the progress of our apprenticesAssist with the recruitment and selection of new apprentices as requiredRequirements:Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or detailed understanding of the VET sectorAbility to travel interstate when required.Experience in coordinating apprenticeships or similar training programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsAbility to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholdersStrong organisational and time management skillsExperience in the construction or engineering industries would be an advantageWhat’s on OfferFlexible working conditions with the ability to work from home.Competitive pay rate +company biannual bonuses! $$$Exclusive staff discount on a range of goods and servicesA supportive team who values your input in finding new and improved ways to achieve successHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership between our best-in-class products and the quality of our people.
