Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest transport companies in the country! Due to continued growth our client based in Fremantle are looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to join their team on a permanent full time basis.
Your Duties:
1. Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders
2. Client liason
3. Receiving, processing and managing client purchase orders
4. Coordinating relevant documentation for processing and clearance
5. Preparing and maintaining client status reports for key clients
6. General administration duties
About you:
7. Experience in the transport industry (essential)
8. 3+ years experience in freight forwarding (essential)
9. Strong organisational skills
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
11. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
12. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
