About the role
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) will be a valued member of the Maternity Services. We are seeking a highly motivated Midwife who has a desire to work in our Maternity Services, demonstrating experience in Management, Leadership, and sound Clinical Skills. They will provide clinical excellence and be committed to providing the highest quality patient-centered care across the Maternity Service.

* Highly accountable and demonstrate a strong, supportive and engaging style.

* A role model in setting clinical standards to achieve high-quality nursing care across the Birth Suites and Maternity setting.
* Currently a Registered Midwife with AHPRA.
* An effective operational leader with Management Skills.
* Comfortable working in a diverse and ever-changing environment.
* Have working rights within Australia.
