Please visit our website for more information about us at www.questcare.com.auAbout the role:As a Quality and Compliance Manager, you will coordinate and lead the quality and compliance requirements for the organisation. You will work closely with our key stakeholders to meet the highest governance and quality standards by managing our Policy Framework, leading clinical governance across all services, developing quality and compliance strategies and ensuring compliance with system quality standards and auditing practices.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for investigating incidents, assisting our homes in completing open disclosure process along with investigating and responding to external and internal complaints.Investigate serious incidents and recommending actions to rectify and mitigate recurrence of incidents.Manage internal and external reviews and audits and lead the implementation of audit recommendations and actions.Guide the process of clinical practice improvement to ensure all services are delivered consistently and to a high standard.Inform best practice in clinical service delivery and consultancy strategy to support the organisation in maintaining market-leading standards in service delivery.All service delivery is compliant with NDIS and aged care standards and legislation.Risks are continuously monitored, reviewed, assessed and corrective actions for incidents successfully minimize any potential harm.Support the wider Quality and Compliance Team in leading clinical governance across the organisation and support General Managers to ensure all services meet governance requirements so that clients receive the appropriate level of care, are safe and receive an excellent level of service.Actively participate in Continuous Quality Improvement Practices and accreditation activities in order to establish an environment which facilitates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.Build, continuously improve and provide oversight and advice on organisational risk, compliance management on the audit framework.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions.Demonstrated experience working with quality programs, accreditation and/or auditing ideally in Community, Disability, Health, Government or related field.Working knowledge of information systems used for the recording and reporting of incidents and continuous improvement.Strong reporting skills including skills in data management and guidance.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.Currently have or willing to complete: National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People and Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and hold Australian Driver’s License.What We Offer:A supportive and collaborative team environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary package.17.5% annual leave loading.Ongoing support, training and development.Free confidential counselling services for you and your family.Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Our Commitment: The Quest Group is an inclusive employer.
