Based in the Northern suburbs, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to assist the Estimator, Project Manager and Supervisors plan and execute projects efficiently, on budget and on time. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure site supervisors are clear on the project scope and what's included in the tender packages. Prepare all necessary tender documents, including pricing schedules, scope of works, plans, and other relevant details. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships to resolve disputes quickly and effectively. Organize site meetings for supervisors, project managers, and safety managers. Actively monitor and manage project risks and opportunities. Review and submit invoices and project progress payments. Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar fields. Strong background as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor. Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships. Understanding of commercial and legal aspects of head contracts. Ability to read plans and clearly communicate details to the team. Experience in planning or scheduling within tight deadlines. Good financial understanding and knowledge of construction costs.
