Hays is partnering with a Southern based GBE to find a temporary Learning & Development Content Developer for RTO Training. This organisation is committed to delivering high-quality training and development programs to ensure their workforce is skilled and compliant with industry standards.
Your new role
As a Learning & Development Content Developer for RTO Training, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning content for both face-to-face and online delivery. You will work closely with subject matter experts and RTO trainers to identify training needs and create compelling course materials. This role is based in Mornington, where you will take on-site responsibilities and tasks to develop effective content for Learning & Development (L&D).
You will create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for both face-to-face and online delivery. Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will identify target audience training needs and apply instructional design methodologies, practices, and theory.
Working in partnership with the organisations RTO trainers, you will ensure high-quality training and assessment. You will develop supporting materials using various mediums, including eLearning, videos, role plays, and activities. Utilising the ADDIE approach, you will develop training informed by experienced trainers.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a Learning & Development Content Developer with expertise in lesson and curriculum planning and writing. You will have solid knowledge of course development software (e.g., Articulate) and working with Learning Management Systems (LMS). RTO knowledge and experience, including compliance and reporting, is essential.
Experience with Student and Learning Management Systems is preferable. You will be results-focused with exceptional time management skills and a positive team player with the ability to adapt to change.
