DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Account Management:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the downhole technologies sector.
* Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address customer challenges and requirements.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
* Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
* Represent NOV at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
* Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product management, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
* Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
* Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align local market strategies with corporate objectives.
Reporting & Administration:
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates for senior management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Other work duties as requested by direct manager.
