See what it’s like to work with us About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Investigator to join our Probity & Approvals team within Hospitality & Racing. In this role, you will lead complex probity investigations and manage requests for regulatory approvals across diverse regulated entities and individuals, including those within the casino industry and gaming and wagering operators. Your expertise will support Hospitality & Racing’s commitment to regulatory excellence, safeguarding industry integrity. In addition to the above, the role is also responsible for: Conducting in-depth probity investigations and assess complex regulatory approval requests, delivering detailed reports, correspondence, briefs, and submissions. Supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of probity and regulatory approvals programs to align with regulatory objectives. Conducting research and analysis on complex regulatory issues, identifying emerging trends, and developing evidence-based recommendations to mitigate risks. About You To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of liquor, gaming, and casino regulations, as well as a strong background in investigative and regulatory practices. You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of effectively managing complex regulatory challenges with professionalism and integrity as well as interpret and ensure the correct application of legislation, policies and procedures.
