Sureway Employment and Training – Adelaide SA Permanent fulltime position, based in Daw Park We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join the Sureway Skills Training (SST) team. As the face of SST, you will play a key role in driving growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with businesses, employers, and stakeholders. Your focus will be on growing Traineeship Enrolments for SST, and creating new business opportunities, while maintaining high standards of client service and administration. You will be responsible for building a robust revenue pipeline by developing strategic partnerships with Local Employers, State Funding Bodies, Employment Service Providers, Local Government, and Industry Associations. This is a target-driven role, with a proven track record of success in revenue growth and fostering new business opportunities within existing client bases. Key Responsibilities: Engage with local employers and stakeholders to increase and manage traineeship enrolments. Forecast, secure new business, and track revenue opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to expand our network. Maintain links between industry, employer, and community. Prepare service agreements, contribute to submissions, and assist in developing business proposals. Monitor and report on budgets and financial performance. Contribute to the development and execution of effective marketing campaigns. A relevant tertiary qualification is required for this role. Experience in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) industry, Employment services industry, and Government contracting environment is highly regarded.
