The Role
As an emergency response call center operator you'll handle a variety of calls from elderly clients in diverse situations, providing assistance and advice. You'll receive comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to deliver effective support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clients at all time
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound calls from elderly clients in various situations, including falls or emergency events.
· Respond to calls during critical conditions, such as storms or medical emergencies.
· Provide immediate assistance, reassurance, and advice to callers.
· Assess the urgency of each situation and respond accordingly.
· Coordinate with nurses, paramedics, or police when necessary.
· Record accurate details of each call for follow-up and reporting.
· Maintain calm and clear communication during high-pressure situations.
· Follow protocols to ensure clients' safety and wellbeing.
· Offer support to clients and families, ensuring peace of mind.
· Receive in-depth training to handle diverse and complex emergency scenarios.
Your Profile
· Strong communication skills to provide clear, calm guidance in emergencies.
· Quick decision-making ability to assess and prioritize urgent situations.
· Empathy and patience when assisting vulnerable individuals, especially the elderly.
· Knowledge of emergency protocols and healthcare procedures.
· Ability to work under pressure, coordinating with medical professionals and authorities.
