Applications are invited for a part-time experienced Administration Officer. The position commences on the 22nd January 2025 is fixed term until 26th January 2026. The position is for 3 days a week, Wednesday - Friday 8:15am - 4pm. We Are Looking For: Extensive Administrative Experience: Proven track record in relevant administrative roles, showcasing your ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently. Marketing and Social Media Skills: Familiarity with social media and marketing strategies is desirable but a willingness to learn is key Communication Skills: Outstanding oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and parents. Strong Organisational Skills: Exceptional time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively. Attention to Detail: Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating your ability to contribute positively to group efforts.
