Service Partnerships Manager - Australia and New Zealand Are you a strategic leader with a talent for building and managing high-performing team within consumer electronics or adjacent field?
My client, an industry leading risk management provider, is looking for a Service Partnerships Manager to drive operational excellence and enhance service delivery across Australia & New Zealand.
About the Role In this senior leadership role, you will oversee a network of service partners, ensuring seamless execution of repair, replacement, and salvage solutions.
This role is senior within this business and will wear multiple hats, including managing the service relationships; you'll also collaborate with OEMs, key clients, and internal teams to optimise efficiency, control costs, achieve growth, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

They are in an exciting growth phase, so while you will initially be leading a team of 5-6 this could continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop the service network team to achieve strategic goals.• Build and maintain strong relationships with service partners, OEMs, and key clients.• Oversee partner selection, onboarding, performance management, and optimisation.• Set and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and benchmarks to ensure service excellence.• Work with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive top-tier NPS scores.• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.• Provide technical support and insights to claims teams.• Ensure compliance with due diligence and regulatory requirements.• Deliver data-driven recommendations to improve service partner performance.
About You • You will have experience leading a small team with an all-hands-on deck approach.• At least 7 years of experience managing as a service, operations, or channel manager, ideally within consumer electronics or whitegoods.• Strong stakeholder management skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.• Proven ability to analyse performance data and drive strategic improvements.• Strong financial and commercial acumen to maximise value from service partnerships.• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
