This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, who thrives on delivering seamless delegate experiences - from building slick registration websites to managing every guest touchpoint. You'll play a key role in both the front-end and back-end of events, combining your expertise in delegate logistics with hands-on involvement across all stages of event planning and delivery. Hybrid working model: 4 days in-office, 1 day WFH Work with some of the biggest brands across ANZ on domestic and international programs Open to candidates in Melbourne or Sydney Your Key Responsibilities: Overseeing end-to-end event management for incentive travel programs, conferences, and events, from concept to execution, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional delivery. Sourcing and negotiating with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure the best arrangements for events. Manage all delegate-related touchpoints including registration, communications, queries, and on-site assistance. Build and manage event registration websites and apps using EventsAir. Handle delegate data, reporting, and rooming lists with precision and confidentiality. Preparation and presentation of proposals. Developing and managing event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial objectives are met. Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth. Sponsor and exhibitor management. Provide on-site event management, both interstate and internationally. Conducting site inspections. Handling multiple programs and projects simultaneously. Executing program communications plans, including eDM campaigns, promotions, teaser, and gifting campaigns. Providing thorough post-program reports. To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum of 3+ years event management experience in MICE, incentive travel, conference, or corporate events. Demonstrated experience managing delegate registrations and websites (EventsAir highly regarded). Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Customer-first mindset - you love delivering service with a smile. Comfortable working under pressure and adapting on the fly. A passion for events, travel, and creating great experiences!
