The Facility Manager will oversee the operations of a 100-bed Aged Care Residential facility located near Maroochydore, QLD.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical indicators and business performance targets in the Aged Care sector.
* Work independently with minimal supervision, exercising professional judgment and expertise.
* Ensure compliance with financial, quality, risk, and regulatory requirements for a residential care facility.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Health, Welfare, Nursing, or Social Sciences.
* Experience in Aged Care accreditation, clinical standards, dementia, and challenging behaviors.
* Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
