The Opportunity:
Rema Tip Top is seeking a motivated and experienced Area Manager with valid Australian working rights to oversee our Field Services operations in Pilbara, WA. The Area Manager will be responsible for managing multiple locations, ensuring that each one meets performance goals, maintains high standards, and delivers quality customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing budgeting and financial responsibilities, coordinating with upper management, and implementing company policies.

Health & Safety: Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all operational personnel under your authority. Safety Leadership: Identifying and resolving safety issues, educating staff on safe work practices, and ensuring compliance with safe systems of work. Workforce Allocation: Providing appropriately skilled and inducted labour for scheduled and shutdown work. Operational Performance: Leading your area to meet productivity, revenue, and profitability targets. Capability Development: Identifying training needs and building workforce capability to meet labour requirements and staff compliance is met. Coaching & Mentoring: Supporting direct reports through coaching and development opportunities to foster growth and increased capability. Essential Criteria:
Relevant experience in a Management or Coordinator role. Experience in the Mining industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships. A strong focus on safety with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues. Considerable experience managing and motivating teams. Australian working rights. Financial acumen including the ability to read, understand, and contribute useful information to profit and loss statements. Desirable Criteria:
Experience working with FMG/BHP/RIO/FMG/ROY HILL. Understanding of industry best practice. Knowledge of the relevant awards, legislation, regulations, codes of practice, and any other applicable standards that affect operations. Ready to Lead?
