We are seeking an experienced and results-driven NSW / ACT Sales Representative to oversee and grow our presence across New South Wales and the ACT. This pivotal role focuses on nurturing relationships with our significant existing network of accounts and strategically expanding our market footprint by securing new business opportunities. As a True Protein brand ambassador, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth while maintaining our commitment to exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive customer loyalty and retention.Regularly engage with clients through in-person visits, calls, and other touchpoints to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.Develop tailored strategies to optimize account performance and sales growth.New Business Development : Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand True Protein's presence across NSW.Leverage your network and market insights to target potential accounts in the fitness, health, and wellness industries.Present True Protein's product range and compelling value proposition to prospective clients.Sales & Territory Planning : Meet and exceed sales targets by executing effective territory management strategies.Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize territory performance.Brand Representation : Act as the face of True Protein's wholesale team in NSW, ensuring alignment with our brand values and maintaining professionalism at all times.Represent the company at events, expos, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility and build relationships.What We Are Looking ForExperience as an on-road sales rep or territory, preferably within the fitness, health, or nutrition industries.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.A self-motivated and results-driven mindset with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.A passion for health, fitness, and True Protein's mission and a lover of team-based success.Experience in managing and developing other team members.Knowledge of the NSW market and established industry connections are a plus.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.What We OfferFun, dynamic, and collaborative work environment.4 additional leave days per year (pro rata).Onsite staff gym and sauna.Generous discounts on True Products.Frequent team events and celebrations.Plenty of learning and development opportunities.Flexible working hours when required to suit your lifestyle.How to ApplyIf you're ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-growing company and believe you're the right fit for this position, we'd love to hear from you!
