Reporting to the Area Manager you will:
1. Provide leadership and development opportunities for our growing, multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals
2. Develop relations and provide account management within the Australian Defence Force, DVA with exposure to other customer portfolios
3. Provide on-site support and management to the team in Cairns and surrounds
4. Implement, monitor and review rehabilitation plans to maintain quality standards
5. Lead by example - you will have a case load of your own clients that you will manage as part of your role
6. Achieve business, human capital and financial goals for the team.

What will make you successful:
7. Degree qualified in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social work or Nursing
8. Full professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
9. Occupational Rehabilitation experience
10. Business acumen
11. Demonstrated leadership qualities as an emerging or accomplished leader
12. Strong customer focus and passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes
