What This Opportunity Involves JLL is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing & Operations Manager to join our Capital Markets team in Victoria for a 12-month maternity leave cover. This pivotal role will be the main point of contact for all department activities, working closely with the Head of Capital Markets – VIC. The role involves: Managing end-to-end commercial marketing campaigns across a variety of asset classes Driving regular strategic initiatives to enhance team presence Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders Overseeing the team's financial operations The position requires a solutions-focused and creative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a strong culture. An Overview of the Role Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for high-value properties Oversee marketing collateral creation, including information memorandums, EDMs, and online listings Drive strategic initiatives to boost team presence and innovation in the market Manage financial operations, including deal tracking and budget management Coordinate client events and networking opportunities Ensure efficient team processes and implement technological tools for improvement Sound Like You?
