You will provide exceptional technical support to end users and as well as helping with training for new starters. Setting up new users. Outstanding people skills. Ability to problem solve A self-starter who values teamwork. Exceptional communication skills. About you You are a "people person" with a genuine passion for helping others. Even better, you know when to skip the tech talk, and can comfortably explain complex IT solutions to customers without an IT background.
