SHS CIVIL is currently seeking a well experienced Administration & Office Assistant for an exciting full time permanent position with SHS Civil located in Ararat. This is a great opportunity for an individual to assist with a variety of tasks, learn on the job and expand their current skill set.
SHS Civil is a family-owned company based in Ararat and Stawell with a background of more than 50 years in the Civil Construction and Mining Industries.
Duties & Responsibilities Include:
* Assisting the finance manager with data input and reconciliations.
* Meeting and greeting customers and suppliers.
* Answer and direct phone calls.
Skills & Experience:
* A strong work ethic.
* Professional communication - verbal and written.
* The ability to work well as part of a team.
* Punctual and reliable.
* Experience using XERO Software (Advantageous)
