About the Role
We are seeking a permanent full-time leader to manage the multidisciplinary team within the Healthy Ageing Assessment and Rehabilitation Team. The role involves efficient leadership, management of operational requirements, rostering and leave management, budget and finance, recruitment and demand management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply specialist level of knowledge, clinical skills, problem solving skills and experience of complex clinical practice standards to lead the provision of clinical services.
* Provide advanced level clinical advice regarding clinical service delivery and development.
* Operationally manage human, financial and material resources including staff recruitment, rostering and allocation of budget and resources.
* Provide leadership and direction to foster a culture of evidence based practice, continuous quality improvement and effective risk management.
