About the Role The Risk Metrics & Measurement Services Transformation is a newly established multi-year cloud adoption program aimed at transforming our data, models and calculation systems for Credit Risk Stress Testing, Risk Weighted Assets and Credit Provisions.We are seeking a Delivery & PMO Manager with extensive project delivery experience that brings strategic thinking and commercial acumen. In this role, you will govern and drive delivery across the workstream leads, ensuring an integrated approach and adoption of best practice project planning and delivery disciplines.Role Type: Initial 12 months fixed-term (external)/secondment (internal)Role Location: 833 Collins Street Docklands VIC 3008Work Hours: 40 hours per week What will your day look like? As the Delivery & PMO Manager, you will:Lead the program-wide planning activities to establish and manage the integrated scheduleIntroduce fit for purpose agile practices and facilitate sprint planningUse visualization tools to bring the schedule "to life" creating clarity on priorities and anchoring workstreams around a common understanding of scope, critical path, milestones and inter-dependenciesChair stream lead status meetings and produce meaningful reportingPlay an active role in the identification and mitigation of risks, issues, and dependenciesCoordinate Steerco packs, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and manage actionsEstablish the programs governance processes, including creating the delivery playbook and management of scope change requestsAssist the Program Director in documenting funding submissions, managing the yearly funding activities and benefits management What will you bring? To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Mastery in facilitating detailed project planning activities from scratchExperience working with Agile practices and project management fundamentals with an extensive toolkit eg MS Project, JIRA & ConfluenceExpert at coordination, and forward planning across multiple streams of work to support successful executionDemonstrated success in supporting delivery of complex, multi-stream Regulatory programs involving data migration and systems implementationsAbility to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholdersProven analytical skills and data-driven decision makingExceptional strategic thinker that can connect the dots, understand impacts, solve problems and recommend solutionsComfortable with uncertainty and ability to be self-directed and take initiativeStrong visual, written and verbal communication skills. Clearly and simply represent findings to senior stakeholdersAn adaptable style and flexibility to use different tools and approaches that best meet the needs of the teamConfident in facilitating meetings and brings people together across multiple workstreams to negotiate aligned outcomesDomain knowledge in Regulatory Capital, IFRS9, Credit risk metrics or Stress testing is preferredProject Management Professional accreditation (e.g., SAFe, Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE2)You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
