Brand & Communications Strategy Manager (Sustainability)
Role Description
As a Brand and Communications Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and creating compelling, powerful brand stories and identities for sustainable initiatives and companies.

For business development of Brand/Communication briefs & being proactive to search for impactful briefs for the team
Be able to autonomously define and contribute to insightful and innovative brand strategy
Lead and bring together multiple parts of Accenture Song
Be able to distill complex problems into simple, human-centered solutions
Translate and help guide others in translating brand identity systems to all touchpoints
Collaborate with the client to define needs, business objectives, and brand goals to inform insightful concepts while enhancing others knowledge and understanding of the client s brand, consumer, and competitive landscape.
Lead client presentations.
Explain, discuss, and justify decisions eloquently.
Give effective feedback and direction to other team members.
Develop digital and communications strategies for clients, in collaboration with The Monkeys & Accenture Song
Account management - Develop and maintain a close working relationship with key Clients.
Attend briefing sessions and present communications plans and implementation briefs.
Be a partner to the Insights team and be able to distill those insights into actionable, creative inspiration
Be proactive in presenting insights to clients and building confidence to deliver effective communication strategies
Continually develop a deep understanding of our client s broader businesses, the industry and the economic influences on the business.
Cultivate relationships with digital platforms
Brief external suppliers, determining success factors upfront and provide guidance on data required
Maintain strong, collaborative relationship with media agencies, and help articulate the phasing of media strategy
Form strategic relationships with media owners and recommend partners for collaboration
