Instead, you’ll collaborate directly with in-house experts across:Mortgage BrokingTax & AccountingBookkeepingProperty ManagementFinancial Planning(that’s where you come in!)If you’re ready to be part of something exciting, where your work truly makes an impact, we’d love to hear from you!The role would include:Assisting in the management of existing clients and onboarding new clientsCollaborating with the financial planning team to achieve targetsEngaging in seminars and delivering client presentationsEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including completing necessary training to maintain adviser credentialsUsing your knowledge and experience to ensure that your advice is both compliant and optimises the client’s situation, assisting them to achieve their financial goals.Contributing to marketing initiatives to increase our clientele baseA comprehensive understanding of compliance and ethical standardsMaintaining accurate file notes in a timely manner and follow task process which MBFG are huge onThe successful applicant will have:Current FASEA requirementsASIC registrationMinimum 2 year's experience as a financial adviser, ideally with a holistic planning firmStrong understanding of superannuation, tax, investments, insurance, debt management and cashflow adviceAdvanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environmentA clear and organized approach to deliver thoughtful and strategic adviceA passion for the value of financial advice and is motivated to help all walks of life, including providing cash flow and personal insurance advice for our younger clients.In turn we will provide a dynamic work environment with a sufficient level of leads and a supporting team, including administrative assistance, for you to prosper.
