About the role:
The Marketing Analyst position reports into the Priceline Marketing team and entails delving into marketing data, assessing critical performance metrics, and crafting insights to steer our marketing strategies. In this role, you'll be pivotal in fine-tuning our marketing endeavours and securing the triumph of our campaigns.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Lead the delivery of marketing campaign/supplier reporting Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns and insights Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Monitor key marketing performance indicators and track progress against set goals
2. Assisting with marketing planning and optimisation Identify and recommend strategies to optimize marketing efforts including refinement of internal marketing process Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness
3. Primary contact for media agency assisting with Media Mixed Modelling & Full Funnel Modelling Ideally understand media variables/econometrics and have prior modelling experience
4. Primary contact for the Data and Insights Team to assist in customer led marketing programs Work with the Insights team to analyze or conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive landscape
What you’ll bring:
5. Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
6. Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
7. Advanced skills with BI Tools including Power BI and Tableau.
8. Understanding and experience in data analysis using SQL and Excel.
9. Good knowledge of analytical software, such as SAS, SPSS, and Google Analytics.
10. Familiarity with survey tools, CRM programs, and databases.
11. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
12. Ability to communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand format.
13. Ability to work under pressure and work within tight deadlines.
14. Superior problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking.
15. Strong commercial acumen, critical thinking skills and experience collaborating with external suppliers (agencies).
16. The ability to work cross-functionally in a large organisational context to achieve outcomes through negotiation and stakeholder management.
17. Excellent communication and relationship management skills
18. Strong attention to detail.
19. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
20. Tertiary Degree in Business, Statistics or Business Systems.
21. Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role, either agency or client side.
