About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our team in Karratha, Western Australia. This is a full-time position with excellent remuneration and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise welding activities in accordance with AS1554.1 Clause 4.12.1
* Manage and coordinate fabrication workshop operations
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Lead and motivate a team of fabricators and welders
* Monitor and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
* Welding Supervision qualification meeting AS1554.1 Clause 4.12.1 (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months)
* Trade Qualification & Experience in Welding, Mechanical Fitting, or Machining
* Current Australian Driver's License
* Experience supervising a Fabrication Workshop
* In good health and have the fitness to deliver this role
