The HR Manager will support the National HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
This role will primarily focus on performance management, compensation and benefits and succession planning / talent pipeline for a leading organisation in South West Sydney.
What the role offers Performance Management Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
Ensure regular performance appraisals are conducted.
Provide training and support to managers on performance management techniques.
Analyze performance data and recommend improvements Compensation and Benefits Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
Reporting on total remuneration.
Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
Succession Planning and Talent Pipeline Develop and implement succession planning strategies.
Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Establish a framework for formalised career discussions.
Create and maintain a talent pipeline for key positions.
Work with management to identify critical roles and potential successors.
What you will bring to the role Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management, compensation and benefits and succession planning.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
