Due to growth in our operation, we are looking to fill a newly created Credits Supervisor position to manage a team of four Logistics Credits Associates and the processing of credits for our business. This role reports into our Warehouse Manager and has an element of stock handling as well as Navision based processing. It is perfect for an individual with exceptional communication, strong attention to detail, a love for data processing and an understanding of ISO13485 and the Medical device industry.
A day in the life of a Credits Supervisor at GN Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the return for credit process is achieved, and customer issues are resolvedSupervise and support & manage the credits team to help achieve their KPI'sReport on daily and monthly targetsMotivate, organize and encourage team building within your team and other departments Manage the employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, development & performance managementLead the Credit team in maintaining a clean and tidy work area implementing 6S and Lean principlesEnsure the team complies with ISO13485 requirements as specified in Quality Management System.Contribute to our fun, collaborative, fast paced culture with a strong diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) focus??
What does it take to work with us? Working experience with ISO13485 in a medical device or pharmaceutical industry 3-5 years of experience in data entry/ credits/ accounts roles Stock handling experience Customer service understanding or background (desirable)Demonstrated experience of managing a small and engaged team strong computer skills with previous experience in MS Navision (desirable)Attention to detail Proficiency in the English language with good written and verbal communication skills
