The Role: A rewarding permanent opportunity exists for a Customer Service Representative to join our company. The position will be based at our Head Office in Robina, reporting directly to the Support Department Manager. As part of our Customer Service Team, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling a variety of inquiries via telephone and email. You will work in a small friendly and supportive team. We are NOT a sales team - no cold calling is involved!Key Responsibilities: Inbound and outbound customer telephone and email enquiries including product and order enquiries.Providing administrative and operational support to internal and external stakeholders.Accurate data entry.Monitoring the status of orders.Address and resolve customer inquiries within company guidelines.Utilise problem-solving and decision-making skills to find the best solutions for both the company and the customer.Liaise with third-party suppliers and advisors to resolve issues.Continuously learn and apply specific technical knowledge relevant to our industry.What We Offer: A small, close-knit team with a proactive, customer-focused approach.Comprehensive training on our products and industry.A collaborative environment where achieving team and individual goals is encouraged.4-day work week.About You: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to use initiative will be highly regarded. You have what it takes to meet set deadlines and targets to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered. Accuracy and high attention to detail will be vital in securing this role. Previous experience in a Customer Service role along with a working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite will be highly regarded. Basic knowledge or background in the building industry is a bonus, but not required.
