DescriptionThe RoleAlba Thermal Springs & Spa is a world-class wellness sanctuary located in Fingal, on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.As a Guest Service Agent, you will play an integral role as our front of house specialist in giving guests exceptional service. As the first point of contact, you will be part of our guest's journey, ensuring all aspects of the check-in process are accurate and timely.To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional customer service skills, a love for soft persuasion in maximizing sales with outstanding accuracy, and the ability to multi-task in servicing our guests to the highest standard.Full-time, part-time, and casual roles are available.
