Based in Newcastle, face to face onsite role Contract through to the end of the year (potential for extensions) $45 per hour super Full time hours, 37.5 however part time can be considered (School Hours) We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to provide outstanding face-to-face engagement and customer service. This role is ideal for a people-focused professional who thrives in public-facing environments, ensuring positive experiences for visitors and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, addressing enquiries with professionalism and care Provide accurate project information and manage community feedback Handle complaints and liaise with internal teams for resolution Plan and coordinate public engagement events Maintain records and contribute to reporting processes About You: Are you a natural people-person who loves helping others?
