We are looking for an experienced couple/team to manage our busy 25 room motel in Dubbo NSW. This role involves management across a 7-day work week. Key Responsibilities: Front office and guest relations Ensure first class professional customer service to ensure positive reviews and repeat business Staff Management: Oversee, manage and schedule the team to maintain high standards Ensure room cleanliness and comfort for all guests Property Maintenance: Oversee and manage overall property, pool and gardens, ensure they are kept in best condition and assist with minor repairs when required Stock Management: Order and maintain appropriate stock levels for consumables Reporting: Prepare and report to owners using company formats Role Requirements: Previous experience managing a Motel (applicants without previous Australian experience will not be considered) Honesty and reliability Ability to follow company procedures Experience using Guestpoint or similar Experience using MS Office Experience with OTA's including Hotel Network, Booking.com etc Provide continental breakfast to rooms Basic handyman skills On-call afterhours for emergencies Managers may split individual work hours and duties, but the Reception to be open and staffed 8.00am-8.00pm Mon-Fri & 9.00am-7.00pm Sat-Sun.
