This role is open to an Aeroskills Avionics B2 Trade.Responsibilities will include:Delivery of contracted Technical Avionics Trade Training in a theory and practical environment, in accordance with appropriate Learning Management Packages (LMP's) and schedules.Working in the capacity of a CH47F Course Manager in accordance with Course Management procedures.Development of training package materials through continuous improvement activities.Review and amendment of assessment instruments.Support the Training Team Senior in the CH47F Maintenance Training Facility.Support to the CISS Program and Capability Managers with CH47 Training Program Execution as directed.Maintain currency on Aircraft Type as a maintainer, as part of continuous improvement.Support the development of the Customers DASR 147 Training System.To be successful you will have:EssentialRotary Wing Aircraft Avionics Type Qualification (B2 MAML), or equivalent and 5 years' experience as a Rotary Wing B2 Aviation Maintenance Tradesperson, Aviation Supervisor, and/or Aviation Maintenance Manager.Certificate IV in Aero skills (Avionics).DesirableCH47 Platform operational experience.Experience with the delivery of training in the Defence environment.Interpersonal skills to work in a multi-trade team environment.Hold a Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116/22) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to achieve this qualification as part of your role.Understanding of DASA Part 147 and 66 Regulations.Competent Aeroskills Instructor/Mentor/Coach and Courseware Development skills.Get on Board:Generous and competitive pay is on offer as well as an additional allowance of reserve time, enabling BDA staff to remain current and relevant within their specialisation.Applicants will need to be Australian Citizens and be able to meet security clearance requirements.Culture:We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
